We strongly advise you to be sure of your selection before placing an order with us, as we must adhere to health regulations when accepting returned goods. We are unable to accept products which do not meet your expectations or simply not wanted due to ‘Change of Mind’.
Sadly, we cannot guarantee that our items will please everyone; everybody is different as is their pleasure preference.
We test all products when we receive them to make sure they are in working order and again when they are being packed to ship to the customer to insure quality.
We will only replace items which are found to be faulty; an “exchange service” is not available because of the personal nature of our products. If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement or online credit if the item is no longer available.
Please retain your product packaging for the duration on the warranty period, as returns can be processed much more efficiently when the original packaging is included!
To return a defective product and unless otherwise stated, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.
